This is a recipe we made on a whim one night. You may want to check if there are other cook instructions for using a cookie sheet to bake.

It is great for spaghetti or meatball subs. Let me know what you think.

  • 1.5 lbs Ground Beef
  • 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs (Italian Kind is best)
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp Basil
  • 1 tsp Parsley
  • 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F

  2. Mix all the ingredients

  3. Using a large cookie scoop (about 2 tbsp-ish) form the meat into balls and set on your pan

  4. Cook for 20-25 mins

  1. I learned with a rolled cookie, press it a little flat on the bottom so it doesn’t roll off the cookie sheet can be important.
